On RDD CDI Install and broken arm

Post by danzel »

As i mentioned that i pickd up an RXZ 5speeder recently and went racing on the dirt track. I didnt do well and ended with a fracture mainly bcoz i screwed up the gearing. The bike became a wheelie bomb and threatened to kill me ! anyways it was a fun day full of booze n wild babes.

RDD Products. Installed the Chinoy Filter and JC road Chambers and changd the jet to one sent by ron . the bike ran very rich and missd but was pulling well. Next day i drilld out new holes on the coil plate and pluggd in the RDD cdi box. The bike started very easily on a cold morning, missing went missing and there was a good increase in torque in the lower bands as well as a higher rpm range.

The proof is that the bike is running a huge enticer rear sprocket and the ports are stock. Before the RDD goodies it ran out of breath at around 75-80kmph. But now it maxes out close to the ton. Good enuff for me since its a dirt/enduro bike.

Thanks ron and anu for being patient and making dreams come true. =D>

more goodies to be ordered soon.

also looking for nice enduro dirt front suspension any idea anyone.

second race coming up this 24 april. bike has a better chamber, performance and clearance wise. have made more safety mods to the bike for hard dirt racing. got a boy of 45kgs to ride the bike , still in training though. he went zooming uphill and wheelied in 2 nd gear and was scared stiff hahahaha
Hope for better luck this time round areas of improvement are suspension. \:D/

running 10 % lower gearing than stock as compared to 18%. Bikes better now. jetting issues coz rdd cdi just burns thru buckets of fuel so spot on jetting requires a slightly different approach , also reep valves been changed better response now.
problem is that im missin my rd more n more,

Latest update. some how all my chokra boys who ride for me are experiencing 2 gear wheelies while shifting (its eluding me though). Also we have got addicted to the 2nd curve, mileage pretty low though , guess thats the worn out engine and chambers effect though. All in all GREAT. =D>
