Thanks for confirming what I just said that the stuff from the US is better quality. So far more than 10 people have confirmed this to me.
We had the same problem with RXG parts I remember one guy challanged me. He got the parts from SE Asia and I got the parts from the US and we both built a RXG track bike. No prize if you guess which one made more power and lasted longer. Sure their build was cheaper. They even got light wheels. And a full faring. But on the track it was a total joke.

Im kinda done with the electronic mods.
The crap where you cant change your bat and every time you re-charge the bat life goes down and down.
The crap where any juice will spoil the display, the circuit the button.
I dont care what people say tanks are gonna leak. ANd juice is going to get into the circuit or display or a button.

Your lucky to get 3-4 months out of these mods. You drop it. Its over. You leak juice its over.
The only mod which has lasted me so far has been the VTR. All other mods have failed.

As for the Vapour Flask. Again there are at least 4 companies that I know off which are making them.
I have placed an order for the one where you can change out the 18650 bats with a coin.

From what I heard production has not even started for this mod. First batch will be out on the 20th of Dec.
When I get it. I plan to open it up. Strip it down and then use a hot glue gun to protect every part inside the mod.

No I would not waste money on the RDNA 40. Why ?
Because a single 18650 bat is a joke on a high watt mod.

I got really frustrated with my 20 watt. It would not even last me half a day. With a VTC5 bat.

So over all my view is. Stick to the Mech Mods. Nothing can ever ever go wrong with those. They are idiot proof. They just work. And come in so many shapes and sizes.

If you must go for a digital mod. Then make sure to either get a 26650 mod. Or a dual 18650 mod. Single is just a joke and waste of money.

So far the ultimate mod for me is the 26650 mod with full copper build. NOTHING comes close to this. It just blows my mind every time I vape on it.

You can get similar results by using a mod with 2 18650 bats. A single 18650 just does not do it for me.

Q: I have a mech mod. How low can I let my bat discharge before I charge it.
Ans: For sure you should never let it fall below 3 Volts.
Most mods have a cut off voltage off 3.25 Volts.
I ruined a VTC5 Bat because my sigeli was only cutting out at 2.75 volts.

When fully charged you bat will be 4.2 volts. Then it drops to 3.75 volts. Which is the rated voltage.
You have to keep in mind that when you chk the voltage you are doing it with no load.
If you where to check it under load it would be lower than what you read. This is why they say that if it falls below 3.5 Volts with zero load you should stop using it and charge it.

How do you tell if the voltage has dropped ?. Your supposed to guess this by the way the vape feels.

Thanks for your inputs Chinoy.
I agree that a high watt mod severely loads a single 18650 batt.
So that leaves us with vaporflask , i guess with the rDNA40 chipset.
Another query : 18650 batts are pretty easy to procure, how about the 26650?

I do not think they are easy to get. At least not quality bats, The 26650s are just as easy or as hard to get as the 18650s. We are importing all the vape sizes anyway.

Q: Which Ultrasonic machine should I buy to speed steep my juices.
Ans: Well obviously Im not going to answer this question on conflict of interest. This is a trade secret.
I can tell you that save your money none of the units on sale are of any use in helping us speed steep our juices.
They are designed to clean parts.
These machines can be modified to speed steep and improve flavor transfer. But it involves a lot of Study and R&D.
The advantage of buying a machine is that you do not have to build one from scratch. You can modify it to work.
What is modified ?.
You make changes to the existing circuit and update the Transducers.
We get our Transducers from these guys.
http://www.olympus-ims.com/data/File/pa ... -UT.en.pdf

The circuits are then modified to match.
A good setup for speed steeping juices does not do a good job at cleaning parts. That is the only down side.

To help you figure out what to use. You need to read a few books like this on.
https://books.google.co.in/books?id=huC ... rs&f=false

There are about 10 key books you need to read on flavors. I will post them one by one. This is not light reading.

I think a Microwave machine will do a better job at speed steeping.
You need to make sure that you do not power it at full power. And you need to make sure that the temp of the juice does not exceed 60c.
Then stop and shake it to avoid hot spots forming inside the bottle. Never nuke it with the cover on. It will explode. As VG expands on heating.
Getting VG Juice to taste good is a challenge. There are two ways of doing it.
a. Is use an essence which will work with VG. Im not a big fan of this route. As the molecules used are not nature identical. They are all purely synthetic.

b. Develop a method to infuse the flavor into the VG.

Q: What is the bigest disadvantage off smoking high VG juices.
Ans: There are two key disadvantages to smoking high VG juices
1 Nicotine does not mix well with VG. Thus if you do not blend it well Warm and shake esp in winter You can land up with hot spots. i.e. places where the nicotine concentration is high. I dont know how many times I have to repeat this but I see people who still do not shake the bottle before filling their tanks. These be stupid people who deserve to suffer

2. The kind of flavor you get with PG you will never get with VG.

These are the two major issues or disadvantages I see with high VG juices.

Q: I heard that your flavor changes based on voltage. I do not have a variable volt bat. So can I used your juice ?.
Ans: All juices change their taste based on what voltage you vape it at. But the short answer is yes you can vape BV juice. If your gear is able to vape the china juices its capable of vaping our juice. The only issue that could crop up is that our juice is very thick. It may not flow as well as the pure PG juices. This is easy to fix. Just add a drop or two of water to the tank.
